Pre-Quit Day 3: Mentally Preparing to Quit
When we mentally prepare to do something the more it remains in our minds, the less we prepare to do something the more it remains in the back of our minds, out of sight out of mind. When I say this, I mean that when we don't prepare to quit mentally the more relapses that will be imminent. When we do prepare ourselves for the quit, the more we can control the urges when we are finally at our Date of quit. That's why it's important to Mentally Prepare yourselves to quit smoking.
Pre-Quit Day 3: Mentally Preparing to Quit
How are you Mentally preparing to quit? and why is it important to you to be Mentally prepared? I'm Mentally preparing myself by writing these blog posts, cutting back on my smoking by 3 hours, writing in my journal, finding new things to do when I am bored at home, and I am trying to find the right support groups for myself. There's a lot I am doing to mentally prepare myself as well like telling myself that I want to be happy and healthy, I am also in the process of telling myself it's for myself, and I deserve to kick the habit of smoking.
It's important to me to be Mentally Prepared because it's helping me realize that quitting is the right thing for me. I've been telling myself this will be the start of my newest chapter in my life, and I will be much happier without it cigarettes. I know in my heart that this is the best way to get myself ready to finally quit smoking.
As I work through these last day's I'm reminded of why I want to quit smoking. It's for my health, my wellness and many other things that I will later mention during my days quitting. I know that through these blogs I hope to not only inspire myself to quit but to inspire the one's who've been trying to quit, to finally quit and become the success they were meant to be without cigarettes in there lives.
You may be asking yourselves, why do you want to inspire others to finally be the success that they were meant to be been? Well, by writing down in this blog what truly works to be a non-smoker, and new Ideas to quit for good maybe it might help those struggling to quit smoking to finally succeed with their own success with being quit for good. I also love to help others especially with something I've had a problem with for years. with this being said, I just generally want to help find new ways of helping others to finally succeed, and be what they need for themselves, and that's the purpose of this blog is to help others along with doing what I've set out to do for me.
